Return and exchange conditions:
Due to the strict standards we apply to the quality of our products, we do not accept exchange and return requests except in cases that meet the following conditions
1. If you receive a damaged or non-conforming product, please contact us immediately within 3 days from the date of receipt. We will evaluate your request and take appropriate action, whether to replace the product or refund its value
2. In the event that the requested product is not available, the order will be canceled and the full payment value will be refunded to the customer"s account.
